It's best that fosters not get on sofas and human beds since their eventual home may not allow that and it can be a hard habit to stop once it starts. But, the rules bend a little when hounds have already been in a home and have had that privilege. When Doc isn't on it, Chloe and Sherri love to snuggle on "his" sofa ☺
If it's OK with Doc, it's OK with me. Who could possibly shoo them off??

We're really trying to keep the human bed off-limits, though, since that's more of a social status challenge among dogs. Only Chloe has ventured on the bed, but even that's rare.... and she was graceful about hopping down.
I love these girls!! Are they cat safe? Showman needs a sister... or two!! :)

Sherri is cat safe - she's very passive around the kitties. Chloe is more questionable and I wouldn't recommend her to a home that wants a cat-easy hound. She's more curious than a truly cat-safe hound so would need to be watched closely until she settled.
